Job Summary
- The Pharmacy Assistant supports the daily operations of the community pharmacy by assisting with customer service, medication preparation, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organised pharmacy environment.
- The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and previous experience working in a community pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in processing prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist.
- Prepare and package medications for dispensing.
- Receive, arrange, and replenish stock on shelves.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock or expired products.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked pharmacy environment.
