About this role
About the Role The Pharmacist, Research Specialist supports patient care by understanding clinical trial protocols, educating pharmacy staff on trial-related processes, coordinating investigational drug inventory across multiple sites, and assisting sites with operational and regulatory concerns related to the clinical trial. This role rotates primarily across Londonderry, NH; Methuen, MA; Brighton, MA; and Weymouth, MA with additional coverage as needed in Foxborough, Milford, and Attleboro, MA.
What You'll Do
- Practice as a Pharmacist in accordance with all applicable policies, regulations, and standards; maintain NCI, CITI, and GCP trainings.
- Oversee implementation of new inpatient trials from a pharmacy perspective and monitor safety, efficacy, appropriateness of drug and dose, and operational concerns with the study team.
