About the Role Als Teil der Pflege Leopoldstadt arbeiten Sie in einer modernen Pflege-Einrichtung des Wiener Gesundheitsverbundes im multiprofessionellen Behandlungsteam. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, Bewohner*innen mit Demenz fachkundig zu versorgen, den Behandlungsprozess von Aufnahme bis Entlassung zu steuern und das Team fachlich zu führen. What You'll Do
- Ihre pflegerische Expertise aktiv in das multiprofessionelle Behandlungsteam einbringen
- Verantwortung für unmittelbare und mittelbare Pflege unserer Bewohner*innen mit Demenz übernehmen
- Pflegebedarf eigenverantwortlich erheben, Pflegeabhängigkeit beurteilen, Pflegediagnostik betreiben und Aufgaben im Rahmen der medizinischen Diagnostik und Therapie übernehmen
- Zentrale Rolle in der Steuerung des Behandlungsprozesses – von der Aufnahme bis zur Entlassung
