About the Role As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with Rosie Home Care, you will provide compassionate in-home care to clients, helping with daily living activities and mobility while following individualized care plans to support independence and comfort. What You'll Do
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide mobility support, including transfers and ambulation assistance
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Offer medication reminders to ensure clients stay on schedule
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Document client care accurately and promptly
- Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean environment
- Run errands as needed What We're Looking For
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test
