About the Role The Personal Banker is a trusted advisor to individuals and businesses in KeyBank communities, engaging clients to uncover needs and provide guidance to support financial wellness, both in person and through proactive calling efforts. As part of the branch team, the Personal Banker will work to attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
