Performance Marketer + Video Producer

We’re a fast-growing consumer app studio looking for someone to own the creation and coordination of paid social creative across our portfolio of apps.

What You’ll Do

• Find, recruit, and manage UGC creators

• Negotiate creator rates and manage deadlines

• Come up with ad concepts, hooks, and angles

• Write UGC scripts and creator briefs

• Review creator footage and provide feedback/reshoot direction

• Create AI video ads using Higgsfield, Seedance, and other AI creative tools

• Create static ads and simple video ads

• Research competitors and winning ads to generate new concepts

• Look at ad performance and iterate on what’s working

• Maintain a consistent pipeline of new creative across multiple apps

• Who We’re Looking For

• Experience creating performance marketing / paid social creative

• Strong understanding of UGC and direct-response advertising
