En Geprom | Part of Telefónica TECH buscamos un/a People & Talent Generalista para incorporarse a nuestro equipo y dar apoyo directo a la Responsable de People en la gestión integral del talento. La persona seleccionada participará activamente en procesos de reclutamiento, onboarding, desarrollo de personas, gestión laboral y cultura organizacional, contribuyendo a construir un entorno de trabajo atractivo y eficiente.
Los principales requisitos son:
- Formación en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales o similar.
