About this role
Overview: Urgently need to hire a high agency people ops manager to come put some structure to a fast growing team. You will be coming in to; - Setup a structure that helps us scale more smoothly by helping setup policies and processes across board. - Help scale a great work culture and promote our brand culture as a brand ambassador. - Work with the Head of Ops and team lead in driving productivitiy across board. - Put a structure around performance and payroll to help us scale at a sustainable rate. Responsibilities: - Implement HR policies and process frameworks to support rapid growth. - Develop scalable performance management and payroll processes. - Promote and maintain brand culture within the organization. - Collaborate with Head of Ops and team leads to drive productivity.
