About this role
About the Role We're looking for a People Operations Manager to lead our People function, reporting directly to the COO. This is a hands-on role for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and owning everything from day-to-day HR operations to higher-impact People initiatives. You'll own the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration to employee relations, leaves and accommodations, performance management, manager coaching, and the systems that support our People function. You'll also help champion our culture by leading with our values, fostering an exceptional employee experience, and helping our culture continue to grow and evolve. What You'll Do
- Own the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
