This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and HR administration, ensuring a culturally aligned, compliant, and high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Talent & Employee Experience: support recruitment processes for field and office-based teams, establish systems for field recruitment, onboarding, and short-term contract tracking; oversee onboarding/offboarding; drive culture initiatives; lead culture pulse surveys; develop actionable insights to improve engagement and retention in liaison with the HRBP.
