Job Summary
The People, Career & Employability Officer is responsible for managing the organisation’s internal HR and people functions while leading learner career development, employability, internship, and job-placement initiatives. The role supports employee recruitment, development, performance, engagement, and wellbeing, while also helping learners build career readiness and connecting them with employers and industry opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and staff development activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, and confidential information.
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, training, career development, and workplace culture initiatives.
