About the Role The People Business Partner is a strategic partner to RELEX employees and leaders across the Americas, aligning People initiatives with business goals and driving employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and change management. What You'll Do
- Strategic People Partnership: act as a trusted advisor to North America leaders on organizational design, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and People processes; translate business goals into People plans; collaborate with the broader People team to align with global strategy.
- Employee Relations & Employee Experience: lead and support employee relations matters with empathy and fairness; conduct thorough case assessments and ensure timely resolution; drive engagement actions and culture-building.
