Working closely with global stakeholders, you will drive the people agenda across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring high standards of service, confidentiality, and compliance. This role supports the India GCC (100–200 employees across IT, Finance, HR, and Support functions) and operates within a global reporting structure. Compared to typical GCC roles, this position offers broader scope (less siloed, more ownership), the opportunity to shape processes and deliver tangible impact, and high visibility with global stakeholders.
