About the Role The People Business Partner will partner closely with business leaders and teams across Sales and support functions to translate business strategy into tangible organizational impact. Based in Twist, Germany, with a hybrid work model and travel to Düsseldorf; payroll involvement for the production site in Westeregeln. What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted partner for managers and employees on HR-related topics
- Advise and support leaders in people and organizational matters
- Support Performance & Development processes
- Ensure smooth and compliant HR operations and processes
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (internal & external), onboarding and offboarding
- Drive and support local, regional, and global HR projects
- Temporarily cover payroll preparation for the Westeregeln site (~75 FTE) in 2027 What We're Looking For
