People Business Partner
About this role
Bamboo recently opened an office in Abuja, Nigeria, and they are looking for a People Business Partner to be based there on a 1-year fixed-term contract. You'll be their primary point of contact on the ground in Abuja, and part of a broader HR Business Partnering role supporting our distributed team across 7+ countries. You'll own the full employee lifecycle for the teams you support, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, L&D, etc. As Bamboo scales, you'll grow from supporting multiple departments to owning dedicated business units. If you've got between 2-4 years of HR experience and want real ownership from day one, this role is for you. 😉
