About the Role Peer Tutors at The Learners’ Studio and The Math Center provide 1:1 tutoring in a variety of subjects, with the option to meet in-person or through synchronous online sessions. This on-campus student position supports students across disciplines and contributes to the tutoring program's goals of promoting academic success.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 tutoring in a variety of subjects at The Learners’ Studio and The Math Center.
- Tutor sessions can be conducted in-person or via synchronous online platforms.
- Be prepared to tutor in at least 3 classes during the semester and maintain a course grade of B+ or better in the subject you tutor, plus secure two endorsements from faculty in the major area.
- Schedule coordination with the Associate Director of Tutoring Services prior to each academic semester.
