Job Summary
The Peer Career Advisor (PCA) serves as a student leader within Career Exploration & Development (CED), providing peer-to-peer career support while assisting with employer engagement, career programming, campus outreach, and post-graduation outcomes initiatives. Working closely with Career Advisors, PCAs help students navigate career resources, prepare for internships and employment, and increase awareness of CED services across campus.
Responsibilities

- Peer Career Advising
- Provide general peer career advising during scheduled office hours, including:
- Resume and cover letter reviews.
- Navigation of CED resources.
- Handshake assistance and general career-related questions.
- Referrals to Career Advisors for more complex advising needs.
