Job Overview The PEAK (Continuous Improvement Operating System) & Productivity Manager will be responsible for driving the PEAK implementation and its use as an operating system in the Victorville Distribution Center. This is a Program Manager style role that will support the development and facilitation of a Continuous Improvement strategy to support business initiatives through the effective deployment of PEAK systems, capabilities, and methodology. In addition, they will lead the overall site productivity agenda, including building the productivity strategy, governance, and reporting, while building capability within the site team to drive results.
