Job Description
We are hiring an experienced payroll, tax and compliance accountant to ensure accurate and timely payroll, payroll-related taxes, statutory remittances and compliance documentation for offshore and onshore project personnel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly payroll for project personnel, including salaries, offshore allowances, rotations, overtime, bonuses, deductions and approved adjustments.
- Validate employee master data, timesheets, offshore days, leave, overtime and other payroll inputs before processing.
- Ensure payroll approvals follow the appropriate authority levels and segregation-of-duties requirements.
- Calculate and coordinate timely remittance of PAYE and other applicable statutory deductions arising from project payroll.
