About the Role We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for VFC Lightning Protection (VFC Group, LLC). This onsite role based in North Salt Lake, Utah focuses on payroll preparation, processing, and maintaining accurate payroll records to ensure timely compensation. What You'll Do
- Prepare and process payroll
- Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and company policies
- Respond to payroll inquiries and collaborate with HR and accounting teams What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Proficiency with ADP and Netsuite
- Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, OneDrive)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required Nice to Have
