We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the People Team on a fixed-term contract to execute and validate global payroll processes, maintain compliance and controls, and support audit readiness while improving employee payroll experience.

- Reports To: Lead, Payroll Operations & Reporting
- Location: Nigeria
- Employment Status: Contract (6 months)
- Annual Base Salary: ₦11,644,137.93 - ₦16,634,482.76
- Plus a 15% Performance Bonus
Requirements
- 4 or more years of dedicated payroll or HR operations experience in a professional environment.
- Systems Fluency: Hands-on familiarity with global payroll platforms such as Payfit, Gusto, Monnify, Razorpay, or similar cloud-based tools.
