Job Purpose
- The Payroll Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions in compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
- The role serves as a critical link between the HR and Finance departments, ensuring that all employees are compensated correctly and on schedule, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees, including full-time, part-time, and contract staff.
- Collect, verify, and reconcile attendance, overtime, and leave records from HR and line managers before payroll runs.
