The Role The Payroll and Benefits Manager is a critical operational role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and benefits processing across all markets. You will manage complex, multi-country payroll landscapes, drive process improvements, and serve as a key trust function in our fast-growing, multi-country fintech environment. This role reports to the Head, People Enablement and Governance.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be Like
- Payroll Operations: Manage end-to-end payroll processing across all active Flutterwave markets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely disbursement every cycle
- Maintain payroll records, adjustments, and change logs with full audit trail discipline
