About the Role Flutterwave seeks a Payroll and Benefits Manager to lead accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and benefits processing across multiple markets. You will manage complex, multi-country payroll landscapes, drive process improvements, and serve as a key trust function in our fast-growing, multi-country fintech environment. This role reports to the Head, People Enablement and Governance. What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across all active Flutterwave markets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely disbursement.
- Maintain payroll records, adjustments, and change logs with full audit trail discipline.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance to capture inputs such as new hires, exits, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions.
- Reconcile payroll outputs with Finance ledgers and resolve discrepancies promptly.
