About the Role Reporting to the Director of Patient Transport, this role is responsible for the safe and efficient physical transport of patients within the hospital, including admissions and discharges, unit-to-diagnostic testing transports, and return trips. The position may also transport equipment and supplies to support the mission of the department and/or the hospital. What You'll Do
- Transport patients within the hospital, including admission and discharge transports, unit-to-diagnostic testing department transports, and return trips.
- May transport equipment and supplies needed to support the department and/or hospital mission. What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Certification: CPR BLS (American Heart Association healthcare provider) within 3 months of hire; AED training within 3 months of hire.
