About the Role Responsible for leading all daily Patient Access operations. The role oversees registration, pre-service and financial clearance activities, staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with client and corporate goals. What You'll Do
- Assist in preparation for short and long-range planning for all Registration Process areas including pre-service and point-of-service financial clearance activities and patient access functions; practice budget/cost management.
- Develop and implement action plans as identified.
- Manage all operational metrics to meet client and Conifer goals, including Service Level Agreements and budgetary guidelines.
