About the Role Offord Primary School is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Lead to support pupils and families with welfare, emotional well-being and safeguarding. The role requires collaboration with school staff and external agencies as part of the Early Help process to ensure pupils can make the most of their education. This is a part-time post starting September 2026, based at Offord Primary School. What You'll Do
- Provide pastoral support to pupils and their families, identifying welfare needs and linking them to appropriate support.
- Work with school staff and external agencies as part of the Early Help process to safeguard children and support their education and well-being.
- Offer information, advice and practical support on pastoral matters; help families navigate services and resources.
