About the Role Mercury is seeking a Partner Operations Change Management Strategist to own and mature our change management program across internal teams and our banking partners, enabling Mercury to launch products and features smoothly. You’ll be the connection between product, risk/compliance/legal, and external banking partners, removing roadblocks so engineers and designers can build with confidence. This role sits within the Product Partnerships & Operations team and focuses on scalable, secure partnerships that power Mercury’s growth.
What You'll Do
- Own, mature, expand, and operate our existing change management processes with internal teams and our product and banking partners.
- Support day-to-day relationship management with Mercury’s bank partners related to new feature and product launches.
