About the Role Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (TSA) to represent Hershey brands in a remote Michigan territory. This role focuses on building displays, increasing distribution, and replenishing merchandising to drive sales while traveling to store locations. Mileage is reimbursed and flexible scheduling is available. What You'll Do
- Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all “authorized” Hershey Items in assigned territory.
- Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan).
- Build displays, increase distribution of top selling items, replenish permanent secondary displays.
- Travel 55 miles per day in the assigned territory using your personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed at 62 cents per mile.
