About the Role Part-Time Supervisor at Levi's Outlet in Woodstock leads store operations, delivers a high-energy customer experience, and coaches associates on sales training and service practices to ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth. • Create a high energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors; supervise and provide consistent coaching on sales training processes.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind; partner with the store manager on elevated consumer issues.
