ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

Actively engage all Björklunden constituents including guests, donors, prospective students, volunteers, parents of students, etc. to promote a positive attitude towards Björklunden and Lawrence University.
Assist Chef in kitchen duties including food prep and presentation, dishes, and cleaning.
Assist with hosting day groups, retreats, luncheons, and other scheduled events that require meal preparation, cleaning, and guest engagement.
Perform housekeeping/kitchen/serving duties in the lodge as needed.
Serve as a back-up for other Björklunden team members as appropriate.
Perform other duties as assigned.
