About the Role Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead drives sales, coaches associates, and helps ensure an exceptional customer experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you lead operations to keep the store running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels
- Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance
- Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
- Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays
- Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
