About the Role You will be part of our Tommy Hilfiger store team in a luxury retail environment, sharing a passion for our brand and values with customers and colleagues. You will inspire your team to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while keeping the store visually distinctive and impeccably maintained. - Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and use successful link selling to drive business.
- Build outfit recommendations for customers and drive store KPIs by suggesting additional products.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador with a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
