About the Role The ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to support the Store Manager in delivering an engaging in-store experience and driving sales. This role brings energy, style, and a positive attitude to help customers find their fit and keep them coming back. The position is based in Sherbrooke, QC with availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts. What You'll Do
- Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
- Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
- Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
- Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks
- Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or service industry
