About the Role This part-time, onsite Care Specialist role focuses on providing support, building relationships, and delivering education to clients and care teams. You’ll work onsite to help families access care resources and navigate care options as part of our care support program. What You'll Do
- Provide support to clients and families, helping them understand and access care resources
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and care teams
- Deliver education on care navigation, resources, and processes
- Engage onsite with participants and support on-site events and activities as needed What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in benefits, HR, customer success, care navigation, or related field
- Experience delivering presentations and onsite engagement
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
