About the Role ALDI is hiring part-time cashiers and stockers at our Benton Harbor, MI store to help deliver a friendly checkout experience and well-stocked shelves. These roles support smooth store operations and an excellent customer shopping experience, with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour and progressive increases over time. What You'll Do
- Cashier responsibilities: properly utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system to scan and process purchases, adhere to cash policies, manage checkout lanes, and complete curbside pickup orders.
- Stocker responsibilities: stock shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms, and arrive to work as early as 5:00am when needed.
