About the Role ALDI is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers to support store operations and deliver a great shopper experience. Cashiers provide friendly, efficient checkout service, while stockers help keep shelves stocked and organized. Both roles contribute to smooth store operations and excellent customer service. What You'll Do
- Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation; model customer service principles and escalate concerns to management as necessary.
- Assist store management in achieving operational efficiency and total loss goals; comply with all company policies; help maintain a safe working environment by identifying hazards, ensuring proper ergonomics, and maintaining equipment.
- Maintain store zones and merchandising standards; adhere to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines; perform general cleaning to company standards.
