About the Role Join Chase as a Part Time Associate Banker in Spokane, WA. You’ll represent our brand, deliver hospitality-driven service, help clients meet their financial goals, open new accounts, and connect customers with digital banking solutions while collaborating with branch teammates. What You'll Do
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling meetings.
- Exceed client expectations by assisting with day-to-day transactions as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
