What You'll Do
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients in, and scheduling/canceling meetings.
- Exceed client expectations by handling day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on using technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
