About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, proactive Parent Support Advisor to join our specialist SEND school from September 2026. You will support families of children with special educational needs and disabilities, strengthening home-school relationships and improving outcomes for our students. You will act as a key point of contact for parents and carers, providing guidance, emotional support, and practical advice to help navigate challenges both in and outside of school.
What You'll Do
- Build positive, trusting relationships with parents and carers
- Provide advice, support, and signposting to relevant services and agencies
- Work closely with school staff, including SENCOs, safeguarding leads, and pastoral team
- Support attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing initiatives
