About the Role The Paint Analyst will support Production Managers by tracking and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to increase safety, quality, and operational efficiency through data analysis, process evaluation, technical documentation, and execution of improvement projects that contribute to production objectives. What You'll Do
- Track and follow up on projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening safety, quality, and efficiency in production areas.
- Provide direct support to Production Managers in identifying, analyzing, and resolving opportunities related to manufacturing processes.
- Monitor operational indicators.
