About this role
About the Role Valeo is seeking a P1 Project Manager to lead and manage OEM/OES projects across system and component scopes, ensuring profitability, quality and production readiness. You will secure resources, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive milestones while maintaining strong customer relationships and governance reporting.
What You'll Do
- Manage operationally and functionally the projects assigned, including OEM/OES components and systems with known technology components.
- Ensure achievement of project KPIs in profitability, quality and Production Preparation; secure resources and coordinate P2 actors when P2 is not completed in P1.
- Resolve issues via project escalation, define and manage budgets and project scope, and define milestone timing with the team.
