About this role
The Program Specialist provides direct services and operational support to the Displaced Homemakers Program (DHP), a state-funded initiative that assists individuals who have lost their primary source of income due to death, disability, separation, or divorce. The role focuses on client-centered support including assessments, individualized planning, case management, and coordination with internal and external partners to ensure participant success. This role also performs administrative tasks to ensure program efficiency and compliance.
Classification: Non-Affiliated Administrator
Staff Duration: Part Time 12 months. This is a grant-funded position. Continued employment is subject to grant funding.

- Conduct initial intake screenings to assess client needs, strengths, and barriers in collaboration with the Program Coordinator.
