We're hiring an Outreach & Appointment-Setting Specialist to build genuine relationships through high-volume personalized outreach and generate qualified discovery calls.
Responsibilities
- Complete 60-100 personalized outreach activities per day
- Send customized messages, comments, connection requests, and follow-ups
- Schedule qualified appointments
- Track outreach and results
- Goal
- Achieve 5 qualified appointments per week during Months 1-3, increasing to 8 per week
Compensation
Compensation includes base pay plus bonuses for attended appointments and new clients
