Outlet Manager
About this role
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Ensure the outlet opens and closes in accordance with established procedures. Monitor the overall guest experience and ensure service standards are consistently maintained. Ensure operational procedures, policies, and company standards are strictly adhered to. Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure seamless workflow. Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively. Ensure adequate staffing and operational readiness during peak and off-peak periods.
Guest Experience and Service Excellence:
- Ensure all guests receive excellent, professional, and timely service. Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address complaints and concerns.
- Ensure guest feedback is properly documented, reviewed, and acted upon.
