About the Role We are seeking an experienced OTC Process Consultant to drive the design, optimization, and implementation of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes within SAP environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to translate business requirements into efficient system solutions, ensuring high process quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will act as a key interface between business and IT, contributing to digital transformation initiatives and enhancing overall process performance. What You'll Do
- Design, validate, and continuously improve end-to-end OTC processes (with a focus on Customer Order Management) in collaboration with Global Process Excellence and IT.
- Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories; work in agile environments.
