About the Role NeoGenomics is looking for an OSS Regional Director, Oncology Sales to lead the multi-city region (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Las Vegas). You will develop and execute the sales strategy to drive rapid revenue growth in the oncology portfolio, provide leadership to the regional sales team, and coordinate with MSLs and Pathology leadership to accelerate clinical adoption.
What You'll Do
- Achieve the region's revenue and profitability quotas and establish a foundation for future growth while teaching others how to sell value and solutions.
- Provide strong leadership for internal and external customers and uphold company values.
- Direct selling activities within the region, including resource deployment and customer interactions; forecast activity and revenue.
