You will support the Social Media team in developing Blacklane’s creator and content ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to moving parts, spotting opportunities early, and helping the team turn ideas, relationships, and campaign activity into clear action.

Own the administration and coordination of the creator community

Monitor inbound creator interest across forms, emails, direct messages, tags, and referrals

Review inbound leads and prepare clear shortlists for internal stakeholders
