About this role
About the Role As a member of our Sofia team, you will provide timely support to BIC's B2B customers around the world. As an Order&Claims intern, you will gain knowledge in the entire customer lifecycle — from receiving orders to payment to answering customer inquiries, helping drive our business forward. What You'll Do
- Order Management: Capturing, creating, maintaining, tracking, and fulfilling customer orders and requests received via different information channels. Handle customer orders and requests to settlement within predefined timeframes according to company standards. Coordinate processes flows of pricing, quantity, or product replacements, returns, and corrections.
