About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Conversion Developer/Designer to support the migration and implementation of customer-facing data within Oracle Utilities CCS, within a utilities industry context. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate legacy documents into CCS-compliant outputs and ensure alignment with business rules and regulatory requirements. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and test customer-facing documents within Oracle Utilities CCS — including bills, final notices, payment arrangements, and service order correspondence.
- Convert legacy utility billing documents and correspondence into Oracle CCS templates, preserving business rules, data mappings, and regulatory layout requirements.
